SRRC certification is the abbreviation of China Model Approval, which is a compulsory certification for electronic products with wireless and transmitting frequencies sold and used in China. SRRC certification application materials are numerous and complicated, and the certificate can only be issued within 8-10 weeks after acceptance. If the materials are not submitted up to standard, the time for obtaining evidence will be seriously affected. 1 Application Form for Type Approval of Radio Transmitting Equipment

The font of the legal person's signature needs to be standardized and cannot be too scribbled or signed.

2 Radio transmission equipment model approval commitment

The expected sales time in the letter of commitment shall be at least 3 months after the application is submitted, and the longest time shall be within the validity range of the certificate. The longest application certificate for LAN products shall be issued according to the old standard until December 31, 2025.

3 Business License

■ The official seal must be affixed.

■ Foreign enterprises need Chinese translation at the same time, and both Chinese and English versions need to be signed by legal persons.

4 Power of Attorney for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Model

■ The principal information is consistent with the operator in the application form.

■ Copy of the client's ID card with the official seal.

5 Quality related documents

■ Provide ISO certificate, which must be valid for at least 2 months when submitting the application; or provide CCC certificate for this model.

■ The product scope of the ISO certificate should include this product, and production or manufacturing capabilities are required.

■ If there is no ISO certificate, a brief introduction of the factory shall be provided and stamped with the official seal: the contents include the company profile, personnel composition, academic qualifications, etc., production capacity (list of production equipment, testing equipment, etc., and the list of equipment shall reflect information such as name, model, quantity, etc. Quality assurance, including the company's internal audit situation is similar to how to ensure quality production, the number of production lines, technical strength, patent award certificates obtained, etc; the scheduling plan of this model needs to reflect this model).

6 Cooperation agreements

If the factory and the applicant company are the same company, it is not required.

If it is a foundry, provide:

■ The content needs to include liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, quality responsibility party needs to be clear, signing time, validity period; If the content states that it needs to be signed and sealed to take effect, it must be signed by both parties.

■ If it is an English cooperation agreement of a foreign enterprise, a Chinese translation is required at the same time, and the translation also needs to be stamped with an official seal or signed by a legal person.

7 Product Instruction

If there is a picture of the product form in the manual, it needs to be consistent with the six-sided photo.
